This is an interesting collection of study results and statistics on leadership. While I find all aspects intriguing, I am particularly moved by the wealth of data showing the negative financial impact for companies due to bad leadership, workplace stress and the lack of a good company culture. At the same time according to the article, only 5% of companies have implemented leadership development on all levels. Why would companies not address such an obvious and easy to improve topic?
