GENERAL APPLICATION
These terms and conditions apply for all offers of BirkYou Coaching on premise or in any other locations. Clients are informed about the conditions upon receipt of offers, application or order confirmation. They are integral part of any contract.
PARTICIPATION AND LIABILITY
With registration or order of services the client confirms towards BirkYou Coaching his/her ability to participate in personal or professional services. BirkYou Coaching takes no responsibility or liability for personal effects of clients during the services. Participants are requested to carry personal effects with them at all times.
APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
Applications for coaching sessions and trainings are binding. Reimbursement is only possible in case of sickness or accident with an official confirmation from a doctor or hospital or if substitute participants can be provided. A fee of CHF 25 is applicable in any case of change.
All fees for coaching sessions, seminars and training sessions are due in advance. Payments can be arranged through the BirkYou website or per bank transfer. Cash payments at the point of service delivery can be arranged with prior agreement. Professional services follow separately agreed payment conditions.
PERSONAL DATA
By accepting the services of BirkYou Coaching all customers are advised that personal data will be stored electronically as part of the service delivery. BirkYou Coaching follows all current data protection regulations. Clients agree to the use of their data as part of the service delivery. Personal data will a not point be handed to third parties outside of the scope of the delivered service.
CHANGE OF SERVICE OFFERINGS AND CONDITIONS
In case of sickness, holiday or unexpected absence of the coach or seminar facilitator BirkYou Coaching will make every effort to organise a substitute. Should this not be possible a course or coaching session can be cancelled. Alternate dates will then be provided without additional cost.
